- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have rented from Don for a little over a year. Not many landlords will rent to you without doing a credit check but he does. He took a chance on me & I appreciated that by being a good tenant. Yes, you do have to fill out a maintenance request when things go wrong but they fix things promptly. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not all that great when dealing with certain situations, there's never a maintenance person on duty and you have to go yo the office to fill out a report if anything needs to be fixed.
