    The woman I encountered yesterday was unpleasant. She didn't want to be there and made it obvious. She also was very nice to the people in front of me, but when I walked up, that changed. She made a mistake with my signature, so I had to go back in so she could fix it and she was not happy. As I was walking away I heard her say "be gone" in an annoyed tone. I felt discriminated against and unwelcome. Very uncomfortable experience.

    pulled up in the lot, thought Oh Lord this is going to take forever. Went in nice young lady (Denise) was directing people when to step to computer to fill out information, then she gave you your number. Then on to wait, still thinking I would be there forever! Waited about 20 minutes then Bingo!! my number was called, was served by the Asst. Mgr (forgot his name) he was very nice and within 10 minutes I was walking out the door. Thank you for great service on a busy Saturday morning.

    If they had some paper and if checklist that told you exactly what you have maybe this place and or the wait wouldn't be so bad it's very unpleasant to be constantly told you are missing papers. Especially after you come back every time with the papers they told you last. Also let's talk about the staff. Either the last three times this month I've been there or it's just my luck I always have someone that is in a very sour mood. I am currently waiting because of one piece of paperwork they told me to print out but their printer is "running slow" highly doubt we will get this done today... geez. Lord help this place.
